GROUND EQUIPMENT

RAF MD300 Tractor

This tractor was the standard RAF large tractor for many years.  It was the tug used with all three V-bombers and  was used
regularly at RAF Marham for Victor K.2 movements.
It was also used extensively on Ascension Island during and after the Falklands conflict as the main means for large aircraft movements until the late 1980's.
