AIM120 AMRAAM MISSILE
(TRANPORTATION CONFIGURATION) PACK

These accessories were produced because the AIM120 missile only has the fins attached when the missile is installed on the aircraft. Until then, the fins are carried in boxes, with the fins for two missiles in one box.

The pack contains eight AIM120 bodies and four fin boxes,
as shown in the photograph above. It is currently only available in 1:72 scale.

This shows a model MHU141 trailer with a typical load of:

- four AIM120 missiles on the bed of the trailer

- two AIM120 fin boxes on the bed of the trailer

- Six AIM9 missiles on M10 trees

The AIM120s are carried pointing to the rear - the phrase burn the driver is a good aide memoir !
