CAYLEY GLIDER ‘The coachman carrier’ (1853) KIT
A 1:72 kit of the glider which in 1853 carried Sir George Cayley’s coachman aloft at Thornton Dale in Yorkshire, England.
The kit contains:
- A fret of etched brass for the structure
- A fret of 0.006” etched nickel silver for the spokes of the wheels
- Cast metal wheel rims and hubs
- A decal sheet for the wood grain of the car or fuselage
- Litespan film to cover the model
- Cast metal figures of Sir George Cayley and his coachman John Appleby
- Detailed instructions.
