CURTISS-ELY (1911) KIT
A 1:72 kit of the Curtiss Ely, in which Eugene Ely made the first landing on a American naval vessel in 1911.
The kit contains:
- A fret of etched brass for the airframe parts
- A fret of 0.006” etched nickel silver for the spokes of the wheels plus other details
- A form tool to give the spokes their conical form
- A cast metal engine, propeller and other details
- Litespan film to cover the model
- A cast metal figure of Eugene Ely
