CURTISS-ELY (1911)

A 1:72 kit of the Curtiss Ely, in which Eugene Ely made the first landing on a American naval vessel in 1911.

The kit contains:

• A fret of etched brass for the airframe parts
• A fret of 0.006” etched nickel silver for the spokes of the wheels plus other details
• A form tool to give the spokes their conical form
• A cast metal engine, propeller and other details
• Litespan film to cover the model
• A cast metal figure of Eugene Ely
